Which service should I start with?

If you are unsure, start with individual counseling . In our first session I will listen to what you are carrying and we will decide together whether family sessions, grief support, or trauma-focused work is the best next step.

Are sessions available online for people outside Lubbock?

Yes. I meet with clients across the South Plains and beyond through secure online sessions. You can note your preference for in-person or virtual on my intake form, and I will confirm the format before we meet.

How does the sliding scale work?

My standard rate is $120 per session, and I accept HSA payments. If that is a stretch in your current season, you simply choose a rate between $60 and $120 when you complete the intake form. No documentation is required. I trust you.

Do you work with children on their own?

Yes. My counseling for teens and children is paced to each child's age and comfort. Parents stay informed while their child's trust is protected.
